Our sales staff is comprised of many highly trained individuals. Each member of our sales staff has been trained on measuring, products, ventilation calculations, and several other aspects of the industry. Service:
Our office staff is among the most friendly group of people that you will find anywhere. Our production and management staff is made up of a few individuals that have over 50 years of combined experience. From the time a project is sold to the time of the final inspection, we pride ourselves in taking care of our customers.

Production Crews/Installers/Technicians:
Our production crew members have all been pre-screened, and are arguably among the best in the entire country. Each member of our roof replacement crews has went through a factory training program. Each member of our roof crews is also a mainstay of Benchmark roofing, not a sub-contractor that works for multiple companies at the same time. Likewise, our repair technicians have also went through comprehensive training. Troubleshooting roof leaks can be a difficult task. But, our technicians are happy to troubleshoot leaks, and then to work out the best solution to fix the problem.

Quality:
The quality workmanship that we offer, is the best in the area. A member of our quality control staff monitors the project from start to completion. After the job is complete, a comprehensive inspection is performed to ensure that the high level of quality is obtained. Also, a member of our quality control team would be happy to walk around the property with you to answer any questions, or to take care of any issues that you may have.

Warranty:
Our workmanship warranties are the best in the area. We offer a 15 year workmanship warranty on most shingle and rubber roofs, and a 1 to 2 year warranty on repair projects. Our warranties are also transferrable, should a customer sell the property.

Products:
We only use the best quality products from the best manufacturers. We proudly use GAF/Elk shingles and shingle accessories. We also proudly use Genflex or GAF flat roofing products. We are a GAF/Elk Master Elite Contractor, so we can offer extended warranty packages to our customers.
